How to live for the moment:
Every moment in a man's life he must ask himself three questions:
What am I doing?
What do I want to be doing?
and What should I be doing?
Simply by asking himself these three questions as often as possible will create a giant improvement in one's life. These three questions are the secret of living the moment.
Living the moment- a cliche so many people do not understand because the've never actually lived for the moment. Living in the moment, in the truest and simplest form is living second to second by simply looking and acting. No thought, no emotions, no worries of the future. Every second of your life you are concentrating on the Here and Now. You don't need to worry understanding what it is you hear and see, you're subconscious mind is clever enough to do so on it's own and it will let you know something if you need to.
This is the only way to live- Moment to moment, day to day, for the rest of your lives.
Another bonus thought I've had today:
Every day of your lives you must question your beliefs, from the foundations up. This is the making of a truly righteous man. Don't have mercy upon yourself, don't leave doubt anywhere in your mind. Don't give excuses, give reasons satisfactory to yourself. The biggest crime is self deceit.
A moment of self doubt is not a moment of weakness, it is a moment of strength, and the more moments of disbelief you have the stronger you and your belief system will become. That is a true guarantee.
These are just a few thoughts I had today and wanted to share. I'd be overjoyed to hear your own thoughts on the subject.

Every human being has a set of principles in life, a set of ethics, guide lines, and instruction book of what to do in any situation, this we know. But what many fail to understand is that Humans actually have two sets of principles- the ones he believes he he bases his life upon and the ones he truly follows and obeys. It is only rarely that these two sets of principles are identical, nor is it our job to make them so. But we must know the difference between them.
This theory can explain many problems and questions from human psychology. It also explains why some people behave certain ways when they come to a crises. But it is most interesting when applying it to believers in religion.
Some people accept wild stories without blinking an eyelash while others completely deny them even if proof is presented.
It is all a matter of knowing thy self and testing yourself in the real situation.
